Joel communicated quickly, and personably, was extremely knowledgeable, and kept every promise made. The installation was fast and flawless, and when two days later, my 100 lb mutt charged through the screen and knocked it off it's track (I had refused Joel's offer of visibility stickers, a decision which I have now reversed) he came by and repaired and rehung it free of charge. I offered him money, but he refused it. So yep, USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Had them install a Phantom Screen on my front door, price was good, service even better. Year later had them come out to rescreen the door after an incident with a squirrel (yes, really), they were understanding and prepared, prompt scheduling, very fair repair price.
